Finding Vegan snacks other than fruits and veggies that are already prepared can be challenging! I wanted to make snacking easier by sharing my favorites with you!
Good news most pretzels are vegan! My favorite are the Whole Foods (365 brand), Unsalted Mini Pretzels.
I know what you're thinking waffles for a snack???
I have them for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner! You can eat them as they are or spread on some avocado, butter substitute, or peanut butter. The possibilities are endless!
These little bars are all plant based! My favorite flavors are:
#1 Peanut Butter and Jelly
#2 Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
#3 Apple Pie
#4 Cherry Pie
It's fun for me to try out all of the different flavors...from blueberry muffin to peanut butter cookie. I haven't found one I disliked, I wrote about them in my April Favorites.
I seriously crave dark chocolate, a little piece is the perfect snack (and treat!) especially with a dab of peanut butter, a graham cracker, or a mint leaf.
I mean who doesn't love pitachips?
Well yes you can eat rice cakes alone but it gets pretty boring. Have you ever tried putting any toppings on them? For example peanut butter, maple syrup, jams, chocolate, hummus, pumpkin seeds, raisins, veggies, fruit.

I have always had an obsession with animal crackers. In my opinion Trader Joes sell THE BEST vegan animal crackers (and trust me I've tried a lot of them!)

These bars are very nutritious, and delicious. My favorite is called "Sunny Uplift", it taste like a cherry pie!
Popcorn is weird. It's like a healthy version of a chip.
Its one of my go to "everyone would like" kind of vegan snacks!
Ready Made Protein Shakes
Did you know that there are options for plant based protein/vitamin supplements that are already made up in a ready to drink form (NO POWDER NEEDED!)?
I'm not a huge fan of protein supplements but,
I do drink these ready made drinks once in a while. Especially when I have a lack of appetite (for example, if I'm not feeling the best). The drinks are filling but not too filling and I can sip on them throughout the day!
