This summer I've reconnected my love for false lashes...they make my makeup routine easier, less time consuming, less messy, just make everyone look extra glam...and who doesn't want that?!
Of course there is a downside...
false lashes can be very expensive :(
Therefore, I only wear falsies on special occasions and on really hot days (I don't want melted mascara, haha!)
I recently bought a pair of tarte lashes in the style "little black dress" and I wanted to share my experience here.
The lashes feel like high quality, the lash band is thicker than most falsies, and you can tell that the lashes are very durable. The lashes are long and wispy, but they don't look too dramatic.
The application was quite easy!
The band was so wide that the glue went on smoothly and evenly :) therefore I recommend this lash for anyone learning how to apply falsies.
At first these lashes felt a little bit heavier than most lashes I have had in the past, but after a few seconds they felt completely comfortable.
Did they last?
Oh yes they last all day and definitely could last all night.
Here's the crazy part,
Including the initial day I wore the new tarte lashes guess how many wears I've gotten out of them?
OVER 10 days and they still haven't been destroyed or have shown any signs of wearing.
Right now I'm just seeing how long I can wear them until I have to throw them out haha!
Should you buy them?
My only complaint with these lashes is that I'm not sure which style to buy next...seriously!
I'm leaning towards getting their lash set called "girl boss"... or "goddess"...or "flirt"...see what I mean?!
