Our culture has made everyone constantly busy, and unfortunately not a lot of people take time to relax and enjoy life! I think a main reason is because, people simply don't know how to treat themselves! So I created a list of things you can do this summer to treat yourself, because YOU DESERVE IT!
Go on a picnic
Get out of the home or office! pack a meal and go somewhere you've never been (make sure it's legal haha). Maybe sit at that park down the street? The beach? The mountains? Just go and enjoy your life!
In the summer our skin tends to get oily, and excess oil can lead to spots. A great way to combat summer skin is by using face masks! These are my favorite drugstore face masks, that will clear up your oily skin and give you that beautiful summer time glow!
See a concert, alone?
If this might sound a bit scary, think about it, if you're alone no one knows you... so why wouldn't you let yourself act crazy, sing as loud as you want, and dance like a fool? No one can judge!
Want to meet new people? Want to become more physically healthy? Treat yourself to a fun fitness class, like yoga, spin, pilates, zumba, boxing... exercising can honestly be fun! Just don't push yourself too hard, and remember you are treating your body, NOT punishing it!
